Directions for Taking Sample 1. Print the Soil Sample Form from the link and the previous page and fill it out. 2. Take samples (6 or 8 plugs from one plot and mix it up), then put 1 measuring cup of mixed dirt in a zip lock bag. This consists of 1 sample. 3. Pay for the sample(s) on the website. 4. Drop samples off at one of the co-op drop off location/times with this form. There are two drop off dates. 1. (Big Buck Night or Last Co-op meeting in March) - If you drop them off on either of these 2 days we will ship them out right away so you get get the results back before the Co-op fertilizer/Lime preorder sale is closed. 2. (On Spring Seed Day) - If you drop them off on seed day you will still get the results back but you wont have time to order and Fertilizer or Lime through the pro-order sale.
