Directions for taking sample :
- Take an at least 1 cup sample of desired area
- put the soil into zip lock bag and clearly label the bag (one sample per bag)
- Fill out Submittal form (example provided below)
- Pay for sample
- drop separated soil samples off (place separated Ziplock's into another grocery bag)
- Make sure to fill out name, address, phone number, email and mark Graphic report
- Sample id can be 10 characters
- Mark under each sample what information package you want
- Under fertilizer recommendations add your previous crop as well as what you are going to plant, put in a yield goal if you have one
