How to Request Support

MCQDC reviews sponsorship and donation requests during our monthly board meetings. We encourage organizations and individuals to attend a meeting and present their request in person.

• Prepare a short description of your request or project
• Bring any supporting documents or flyers if available
• Be prepared to answer brief questions from board members

What We Typically Support

• Youth education and hunter safety programs
• Wildlife habitat and conservation projects
• Community outdoor events and initiatives
• Local nonprofit or school programs aligned with conservation

Request Guidelines

Requests are reviewed based on available funds, alignment with MCQDC’s mission, and overall community impact. Not all requests can be approved.
